Investigative Agent services are available at all times to individuals with disabilities. Our on-call system facilitates a prompt response to emergency situations.

Our crisis number is 740-225-9310. This number can be used for emergency situations that involve:

• Suspect neglect or abuse;
• Crisis Intervention;
• Legal assistance;
• Advocacy;
• Information or referral; and
• Service monitoring.

We investigate reports of major unusual incidents involving individuals with developmental disabilities in Marion County. Our investigators monitor these individuals to minimize or prevent future incidents.
